After you complete your order, we will organise for our courier to collect the item/s from the address used at checkout. We will then send you a confirmation email telling you that the collection has been booked. All we need you to do is ensure the item being collected is in a box or, if you really can't find a box, a number of heavy duty black bin liners taped up well.
Once your item/s arrive our admin staff will decide if they can go straight to our engineers for the safety check, or if they're really dirty, get a pre-check clean.
Our engineers have years of experience working with pushchairs and car seats. In fact, we carry out warranty repairs for a number of major manufacturers and in the last 12 months alone have conducted over 10,000 repairs for them. That's why when your item lands on our repair bench you can rest assured our thorough and carefully tuned repair process will ensure your item is safe and good to go.
The penultimate step is to ensure your pushchair goes through our 3-stage deep clean. This is where we attempt to remove all dirt, mould or marks. In some cases the stains are so bad even we may not be able to fully recover it, however, we're stubborn folk and don't give up easily!
Finally, once everything has been safety checked and deep cleaned, we take an after picture and box everything up ready to send back. Our admin staff will then organise a convenient day for delivery of the item/s back to you. Voila! Good to go again.
