Unfortunately, this service is not available to customers outside Mainland UK, we are considering an overseas service depending on the volume of requests we have this year.

If for whatever reason you need to quickly change the day we collect the item from you or cancel your collection after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If you do not contact us within 24hours of your order being placed we cannot guarantee that you will be fully reimbursed. There will be a £15 fee if our courier is already out for delivery.

We currently accept payment via all major debit and credit cards. We also accept Android Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Collection and Delivery

Yes, it does. Our couriers require that all collections are boxed although, if you really can't find a box, then wrapping the item/s in heavy duty black bin liners and taping it up well may surface. Supermarkets are good places to get your hands on boxes.

We use APC Overnight who is the largest next day parcel delivery network in the UK.

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

At the moment we can only collect goods Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you select Saturday or Sunday, we will get in touch to re-organise for a convenient day. Please leave one working day for us to organise the collection. (I.e. If you order on Monday, please choose Wednesday as the earliest collection date.)

Unfortunately, this is not an option at this point in time. We currently operate out of a very busy warehouse and it is against our health and safety regulations to allow customers on site.


From the day we receive any required spare parts, we will have your item delivered back to you no later than 10 working days, although usually, we're much quicker.

Our deep clean involves a 3-step process involving fabric steam cleaning, wet and dry fabric cleaning and metal and plastic buffing. We try not to use chemicals to clean fabric unless absolutely necessary. If we do, then we ensure they are non-bio and fully washed out after use.

To ensure your item is safe, we put it through our tried and tested safety check. This test is different for pushchairs and car seats, and for makes and models.

We do our absolute best to ensure the fabrics are as close to new as possible however, even we can't magic away some stains! Therefore, we can't guarantee that all stains will be removed. By purchasing packages that include a deep clean you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which specify we accept no responsibility for discolouration and/or damage to fabrics. We're honest people though and, if we break something, we will fix it whilst it's with us!


Our agreements with Maclaren stipulate that we will not carry out work on any structural elements of the item. This includes the frame. Therefore, once our engineers have checked the item, if the fault is structural they will be unable to repair your item. The package cost will not be refunded, as this is the cost of collection, delivery and inspection. In this case our admin team will contact you to organise delivery back or, if you wish, we can dispose of the item free of charge.
